In a previous chapter she reached the conclusion that they must be married, since they have the same surname... (I skimmed through all the chapters, and apparently it never happened... I don't know where did I get this idea from)

After hearing she is his sister, she finally put together that being friendly toward each other, having the same surname and looking almost the same (look at the symbol in her thought process) PROBABLY means they could be siblings.
