Wow, a happy ending!? Given the author, I was not expecting that. Although I dropped this back in chapter 8, I saw the end tag and figured I'd take a peek. I daresay it's a surprise twist.

This needed more chapters. I like the ending and think the pacing was well done but like fuck me. I need more context for the friend. Her entire sub arch felt rushed and incomplete. At the end of the day we didnt get much context for her decisions and stuff. Overall prob give it a 7 and surprised it was so short tbh. I was expecting at least another 10 chapters. Oh well I enjoyed it anyway and thanks for the translaation.

That’s the biggest demerit for me. She shows up, causes havoc...then gives up after a rejection and just leaves? We don’t even know why she showed up in the first place. All we do know is that she blocked the dude’s number and didn’t even tell him where she went. Then years later, they have a kid, and now it’s all good?

aww was this axed? I'm glad that mayumi and rin got together fine in the end butI feel like the author could explain Touko's behaviour properly if this wasn't ended so abruptly.
I know everyone is shi'tin on Touko but I'm giving the benefit of doubt that YEARS have passed (judging from how Rin's hair became longer) so make sense if mayumi and touko do reconcile once they work things out or that Touko did change for the better. (I don't know if my memory fails me but are we even sure that dude is the same dude and not a different dude? We all assumed that she got a child from her previous husband after that but is it really the same dude?)

Sure Touko is being a pain and manipulating in the begining and that doesn't make it ok but who knows maybe she learn her lesson and decided to change. It's not impossible for a person to change but it is a long process and the person need to understand and accept that they need to change a part of themselves and so it's up to them if they want to or not.

But anyways I'm glad for the happy ending at least.
