unable to access mangadex on safari

I just came home and wanted to read some manga and unfortunately I wasn’t able to open the website. The security check is bugged, therefore I am unable to get access to the site. Adblock is also deactivated. Here is picture of the problem I deal with. https://i.imgur.com/ru7tP7A.jpg

Edit. Solved it after updating my malware program and using it afterwards
