Unable to upload?

I dunno if it's me but I'm not able to upload a new chapter on High Position. I can click on upload and get to the page, but even after filling in all the required spaces, the actual upload button is grayed.

In preparation for an infrastructure upgrade, I was carrying out some preliminary tests. Testing is now over, uploads open.

Holo was testing some things and disabled uploads.

(Open now again)

It should've said so if you hover over the greyed out button.

I still can't upload my PNG files since yesterday. I can only upload it after I convert all files into JPG

That's a client side error, not server side.
