@KN-XIII I'm not sure the official status of the manga, but nothing new has been released since book 9 in early 2016, which adapts through the current chapter, and I cant find any information regarding it being officially cancelled or placed on completed. It definitely doesn't complete the LN though.

IMO, since vol 9 last chapter is 49 but we still had chapter 50 and 51, I would say it's on hiatus.
But it's true that 3 years now, it's becoming to long enough.

The chapter numbering and naming is messed up towards the end, which seems to be because the chapters differ between the magazine release and the tankoubon release; it seems as though some magazine chapters were combined for the tankoubon, probably because they were short. The scanlation release follows the magazine numbering (mostly), while the chapter titles seem to (mostly) follow the tankoubon numbering, which is the source of the error. Regardless, the final magazine chapters are included in the final tankoubon.

Anyway, here's a list of corrected chapters, which start at chapter 38, in case someone can fix it. I've listed them by the magazine version, since that matches the scanlations, although I've also include the corresponding tankoubon volume and chapters in parenthesis. I labeled chapters which were combined for the tankoubon with a ".1", so as to not confuse them with extra chapters.

The manga is fully translated, I'm guessing it was just simply axed. The light novel still continues. The manga ends in the middle of Chapter 7 of Volume 3. The light novel is currently at volume 9 and still being written.
