I fell in even further in love with the FL this episode. Her fawning over the desserts and her unimpressed reactions to the prince

And I am actually starting to like the ML. Now that we see there is clearly something else going on re the murder. I’m guessing the witch (ie step mother / empress) somehow possessed or cursed the fiancée and the ML was putting her out of her misery? I also got some lol’s with how the ML is awkwardly and unsuccessfully trying to impress the FL by showing off his “power” and the shop owner low key cursing him out, his awful disguise, the background check, etc. Smooth ML are alright, but I’m here for some awkwardness

Fl over here thinking with her fkn vagina. Dude literally killed someone in cold blood and you blushed, wtf. I was honestly wondering how the author would turn this around and make ml likeable/relatable/understandable but.... Nothing
Lady didn't even know she was a witch, so her death didn't endear me to ml at all
