Undo Tag Settings

I have some tag settings I want to undo/unsave. I tried many times before, but the site won't let me save the unmarked tags.

Edit: The site is finicky. I don't know what I did. It appeared to be fixed. It appeared that I was able to save individually, but it took each random try until I was able to. When I tried to uncheck multiple settings and then save, the site would not let me save.

Probably just server-side lag. Same thing with marking manga and it not saving the first time.

Blame the server issues, should be fine now.
