I think the author is confused on writing a romance for these two.
It could've work better IF something actually happened.

Been like all these chapters and the title doesn't live up the name.

Would've been funnier if this Unicorn fell in love with the protagonist and want to have Ecchi moment with her but that means losing the Virginity thus breaking the contract.

Or add more mythical being or something in the story.

It could've been great. But I honestly have no idea what was the story about so far.
