Upload button grayed out.

I've been uploading chapters daily this week and not having any problems. Today when I tried to upload my next chapter I could not click or interact with the green upload button. It doesn't give me any error or feedback, it simply cannot be clicked.

I am adding the chapter number, uploading the .zip file, selecting my group, and choosing the language. So what's going on?

Ahaha no worries man. The Announcement box really doesn't stand out. Heck, one of the latest complaints in Suggestions is about the Announcement box.
