uploading problem

hello i am trying to reupload berserk manga with better image quality and spreads without the white line atm i cannot upload because i get this message thats says you cannot upload at te time just wanted to know if this is a problem of mine and if so how can i fix it or if this a general problem

@dragogalor Make an effort to check first. I've taken it off, but if you upload any more officials it's going back and staying there.
