uploading problem

hi, I am trying to upload chapters for who is the prey but it's showing an error saying that I cannot upload at this time. I tried on safari, chrome, and Firefox, but nothing is working (even made a new account). I've uploaded chapters before so I'm not sure what is happening. any help will be appreciated!

@bluestem How long is the upload taking? It might be timing out. If you've got Discord, it's easier if you come on our server and go to upload-requests.

@BraveDude8 It takes around 3-5 min before the error message pops up. I'll go to the discord, ty
