Urami-san wa Kyou mo Ayaui - Vol. 1 Ch. 8 - When my Childhood Friend made a Friend (part 2)

This is unfortunate. At least it ended in a spot that imply some closure - slight progress in great regaining her former spirit. That said, I'm sadden it got axed. While the there are superior execution of the basic premise, this one particularly got my attention because the way the MC was presented; that is the reason he wants to help her is because she used to help him. I find that particularly relatable as I remembered being help by those in a much better position and I expect myself return the favor if the roles is ever switched. And this story is a bit like that - an old friend that one had his back returns and now he wants to have her back.

@Nintendude1997 I actually couldn't get myself to enjoy Hitoribocchi. I like Urami's art style better, and Hitori just doesn't act as stupid as Urami. + the underlying romance/assistant in Urami just adds to the allure.

Maybe I'll just force myself to read it.

i followed this manga without checking its status, was surprised to find out that it's been axed.

this manga is really good, nice art and would have been great potential if it didnt get axed. I liked that blonde girl.

Aw, what a bummer, it ended so abruptly... Sure, it wasn't a masterpiece, but it was still a pretty funny series with a relatable heroine, and more enjoyable than many other more popular ones. At least she made a friend :/

Oh man I was really enjoying this story and was hopeful to see some romance later on. A real shame it got cancelled, it had a lot of potential.

Well that's it boys, thanks for the scanlation mmm...~!

I shall now display my inner self: You son of a bitch! How dare you take my cute thing away from me!
