jesus these humanoid figures are really creeping me tf out, turns out that sentient babies running at me with full speed is a new fear of mine..

also I was just curious so I went to check back in previous chapters to see if I could catch anything that seemed off, and i have no clue where the heck that baby could've been o.o either it was hibernating in a really unthinkable spot or it appeared out of thin air. idk which is creepier

@Kabeidon well yeah, a bit is kind of an understatement. But the anime got banger soundtracks and voice acting, even though the directing is completely a piece of stinking garbage. Since I don't watch it for the yuri, I guess it's the sole reason I'm still watching it.

@fishsaysno Watch the anime. It's not the slightest bit creepy. The tone they went for is action/adventure/fantasy, so even the scariest things in the anime are just rushed through to get to some "exciting" shooting or running and then to the funny parts. The mood of the manga and the LN is just not there.

I don't mind the anime too much. It's just disappointing that they didn't keep the creepy tone even a little. I need to get past the "it's not like the LN/manga" feeling in order to enjoy it even a little.

I love seeing Toriko with her gentle touches. It gets across her feelings while still being understandable that Sorawo has no idea how she feels.

To be honest, as someone who doesn't like the anime that much, I preferred the anime's version of the guy who's repeating all the stuff from the netlore. It was cool how he barely seemed to be maintaining his physical form. Aside from that, I've much preferred the manga version of this arc so far.

Sigh the anime was really disappointing.
I was hoping for a creepy, atmospheric horror anime filled with eerie music and what did I get?

Anyway, this arc shows us one thing: Sorawo and Toriko are both stupid. They are in the otherside. Of course there are others. Creepy, most likely hazardous, non-human others. How could they relaxed and played around like that? I myself would be wary of even the grass and the rocks on the ground...

I think the credit page is very interesting, even though I'm still trying to decipher it. ...I think they are just random.

What a shame this scene is creepy asf, and the anime didn't get half of this atmosphere. Seriously, the anime would be a hit if they executed the creepiness of this manga properly....
