@gum_rummy You can put them in sweet soup made from boiled azuki beans and sugar. You can put them in savory soup like Ozoni. You can made mochi with different type of fillings. You can put different type of toppings on mochi like soybean powder, sweat soy sauce. You can just grilled them and put honey on them. They can be put in noddles dishes to like Udon.
I can think of many ways to eat them, both sweet and savory.
