User can't re-enter captcha on signup error

On signup, if emails or passwords don't match, users receive an error; however, the captcha stays checked and, upon fixing issues and re-submitting the form, the users is told that the captcha now does not match. The page must be refreshed and the form filled out again from the beginning to allow users to complete the captcha again.
