I don't get this game. Can someone tell me what's stopping D to drop the handkerchief at 59 seconds and what's stopping C to turns at 59 seconds? I'm not familiar with dropping the handkerchief game. Thanks.

@johan its the "squandered time" rule. Basically if D drops the handkerchief at 1 second and C turns at 59 seconds, thats 58 seconds "squandered" and as a result C's heart will be stopped for 58 seconds

He'll have to suffer a penalty if he checks and the handkerchief isn't on the ground, yes. Doing that sort of thing is a risk for both sides though, since they have to accurately gauge 59 seconds, and Yakou will be strict about the 1 minute rule.

Maybe not a Referee Candidate, but a lot of the Task Specialists are probably going to be brought under Kakerou, just like the Funeral Division was.

The author love Baku and Hal way too much to make them die... im pretty sure they both going to survive. Another thing is that Baku is not interested in power. So im hardly convince about him really presiding Kakerou if he happen to win. this is why they'll both survive somehow to me.

There are clearly more rules to be stated, probably on the general game summary 2-spread at the true start of the game, I'm hoping.
