Have you tried waifu2x to upscale the images? I noticed using it produces noticeably higher quality images. Example: https://i.imgur.com/KsNFMt4.png

Thanks for your work! Your translations are great but is there reason why you don't use scans of higher quality? It's the case for at least 2 of the manga you translate and it's not like these doesn't exist since for the two manga you translate that I follow some people reused your translation on other scans of higher quality. Or at least still does it for one and used to for the other.
