@Mogima The meddling started off of the assumption that they liked each other. Only now do they have actual conformation (Only for Uzaki though).
If they got conformation beforehand I could understand but forcing people to hook up without actually knowing for sure that they have a thing for each other is just real dumb, but since this a manga it'll work out in the end anyways.

if they don't like each other or only see each other as friends, they won't act as they did.

i dunno if ur a guy or girl, but if someone whom you don't like/love from the opposite sex did to you what uzaki did to saku(or vice versa) would you react the same way they did? or will you push them away one way or another?

@Mogima I think you're not grasping what I'm saying. The girl backed off because she ASSUMED they liked each other, and Asai and Sakaki are trying to get them together because they ASSUMED they like each other but don't want to admit it. Nobody ever bothered to get actual conformation of whether they liked each other.
My argument is why try to hook people up based on assumption and not conformation. You can have a relationship similar to theirs without being in love.
Also the way you phrased this is kinda weird but I'm a guy so if you're asking if I'd act the same way he does with the way Uzaki treats him, the answer is no because I don't see how any man can like a woman like Uzaki with the way she treats Saku 95% of the time, I'd just stick to being her friend.
