@Ifrittuccia I think Ren’s a girl, they used little sister. Unlike before where they kept using gender neutral words to refer to Ren and translators guessed the gender putting “he”.

@Yopy I think she remembered the chairman and became afraid that the day may come where she’d lose Ren.

Basically, Ai was overwhelmed in her emotions and got the huge urge to drink blood. So, she was repeating "No", as to calm herself down from drinking from Ren.
