Very slow loading for chapters 1mo+ old chapters

I’m not sure when this occurred but recently I have started to catchup on some series and notice the loading on nearly all of them taking a ridiculously long time to load if at all. I’m talking where they either time out that specific page or just keeps showing the loading circle.

One series called battle through the heavens or something was where I began from chapter 1 and it became so unbearable I had to read it elsewhere after putting up with it 200 chapters in. Now I notice this occurs on most chapters that are older and no issues occur with the newer chapters. I have to refresh several times to get the images to load.

I’ve cleared cache etc, and it’s the same on my desktop, ipad, and surface. I have two providers and switching between them results in the same and even tethering my phone so unless the servers for older chapters are across the ocean from california I think there may be an underlying issue with the image servers. The issue isn’t associated with any time frame as I read all throughout the day and night.

Same for me. It's on almost every series. It takes over a few minutes to load a chapter at times with some pages having errors on it. Really annoying and doesn't make me wanna use the site.

@sennon Old chapters always load slower due to server cache, not to mention it's still Covid quarantine some where in the world so it's even slower than before

@sennon and @SlimboNice In the support section many have asked the same thing, it is not a bug as they have already answered it is about the quarantine and also the fact that there are mangarock refugees.
There is a post in announcements, indeed perhaps more than one.
Seriously guys, from the next time before creating a post try at least to see in the support section if someone has had your same problem, maybe you will even find the answer that solves the problem.
In this way, not only maybe you don't have to wait for other answers, but you don't create a further post on the same problem.
The support section is literally clogged with posts that repeat the same thing, yet the titles are practically identical.
"The site is slow" or "the pages load slowly", doesn't it mean the same thing in the end?
Maybe the underlying problem could have been different, but judging from the explanations that the creators of the posts give, apparently the underlying problem is the same.
Don't take my comment wrong, mine is a tip to do first.
I also have the same problem, but it will be that first I read in the ads and then in support I already know that it is a question of the load of the site, almost all sites are having this problem.
We need to be patient. ^^

@sennon Try changing vpn to europe and it makes averything lighter, enough to be able to read and comment. Its problem of the server which is being fixed. Check the link on the previous answer, an admin explains it
