D.A.R.E had the opposite effect in my community. Everyone is either an addict or a seller

Dare was the worst, they always made drugs really cartoonish and by extension weaken the fear they were trying to put in people over them.

I remember dealing like this guy tradings for more yugioh cards and Pokémon video games. Also the Organization called DARE pretty much caused more problems then solving them. From the results they had taken millions in dollars (taxpayers money )and just put anyone in jail without a warrant just to bust people doors because of race.
