Vigilante - Ch. 11

I'm luvin this. This is like if you made a muscle version of Light from Death Note. (probably not the best analogy).

That was probably the worst crime someone's gotten away with so far. This does a good job at making you hyped to see him cave his target's face in.

But I'm curious what he would've done if the target had been the minor of the trio, if there would be any hesitation on his part. Sure, she'd be an adult by the time she's released, but she was a minor at the time of the crime.

Thanks for translating.

That guy really needs to protect his hands. I'm surprised his wounds haven't gotten infected which would definitely paint a sign on him.

Maaan. This manhwa really hits the spot for me. This is what I consider proper distribution of justice.

A guy got 15 years for stealing a motorcycle, because it was his third offense. Yet, all kinds of murderers, rapists and pedos get the same or lower jail time. The justice systems all around the world are skewed.

I didn't knew that "justice" & "law" were such a joke in Korea...well, not that elsewhere things are much better, though.

By dint of talking about "rights" for everyone and everything, we have ended up distorting their original meaning and function with the consequence of favoring or even causing abominable and paradoxical injustices.

The great ancient Romans already understood and foresaw this more than 2000 years ago, as Cicerone wrote: "summa ius, summa iniuria" that means "the maximum of right, the maximum of injustice"

@NotSenpai Getting 15 years because of a 3rd time offense that's really messed up.. The judge has to be really rotten too, almost as if criminal billionaires control the judicial system, weighing in on which crimes are more acceptable.

Apparently this manhwa is not so far from reality, according to my 15 minute internet search... Are there any South Korean lawyers specializing in criminal law that want to dispute this notion?
