I'm feeling bad for Rael. Yunifer is pretty justified in how she doesn't want to get involved so she won't get killed but she could try to help her a little. Rael's expression is so painful here and what Yunifer said about the wound ouch

I think that it was mentioned that Rael suffered quite a bit throughout her life, so maybe because Yunifer distanced herself Rael didn't have her to lean on this time and suffered even more than she would have had Yunifer been there in her life. Could explain why Rael looks completely dead on her feet. I hope Yunifer will eventually change her mind and try to reconnect with Rael. I mean, it seemed like in the original setting they were good friends, and this incarnation of Yunifer seems like a good person to have around. Rael definitely seems like she needs the help and love of a best friend.
