@Justking14 There are some cases in manga and anime where you can, but those are usually high-speed self regeneration or resurrection magic, so if healing magic can revive the dead probably, otherwise probably not, but what are the chances she ever has to try regrowing someone's head? Actually, after thinking about it some more, the head could probably be regrown, but it doesn't mean the person will be alive afterwords.
