Honestly, this manga is kinda good unironically. They
humor is good, the mc is at least pretty reasonable and the tension is real. Props to the mangaka.

Obama had a 75%-ish confidence rating, Trump has 30%-ish confidence rating in Japan, and that got worse since he left the TPP and gave China free reign to renegociate trade deals with its neighbours. Confidence in the US as a whole is still high, just not in the president.

Also, Trump tried to issue bonds in Japan a decade or so ago and got btfoed by Softbank ranking them as less trustworthy than bonds in bankrupt companies.
