This is the worst idea in this history of ideas ever. Literally sending the military after already desperate men who want to lose their virginity at all costs is just going to make them either resentful, or more desperate, especially since they're already going to die. Also sending an attractive woman for this mission probably was a bad choice given the "risks" involved.
