Wait Time to make a new comment

Hi, new user here. I noticed that whenever I post a comment on a chapter, if I try to add another comment to another chapter/to a different manga chapter, it says I have to wait a while before I can post a new one. Does anyone know how long the wait time is? I tried to look in the rules and the forum, but I can't find any information as to how long it takes.
