@carmajedon herself* if u read a few of the previous chapters the dragon mention it was a female and that leaving a scar on it's face destroy her beauty.
with all that said, it's kinda sad they were getting along so well at the start, if only human wouldn't always assume that every other being is out to eat them(which most are), it would save alot of fighting.
@neatio1 overzealous guard lady panicked (because she couldn't follow along in the monster tongue so it looked to her that the fenrir and the dragon were in cahoots when the dragon was actually super chill and was telling them to take all the flowers they wanted) and attacked the dragon with her latest dragon-slaying sword, which unlike the others was a legit ancient dragon-slaying sword. So she cut the dragon's face, and being a lady proud of her appearance and also having her hospitality spurned the dragon took GREAT OFFENSE.
