Not really, she was always really pushy around him, I'm not even suggesting anything particularly romantic but they had enough on-page interactions and now even acknowledgement that Yoshida does have at least some interest in what he is doing (nicknaming him in her mind and all that).
And while it is a stretch, she was even inspired by the clubs she saw (including Tomoki's) that day for her to start thinking about her future -- so they are at least more than just acquaintances at from her point of view.

Yoshida was seeing everyone else thinking and working on their futures, Tomoko had questioned her about this the other day, surely her friends also showed concerns for her.

Rather than sweet, I see her as desperate, pitiful, and calculating (however bad at “math” she may be).
Mako and Yoshida were always the more normal people of the main group, starting way back. They got a lot of panels just chilling together even if there wasn’t much dialogue or chapter focus on them.
