First, she sees the radiant and goodhearted Megumi doing what she does, and then she had an intelligent conversation with a decent guy. Slowly but surely, she's entering a human orbit. In her second graduation ceremony, her life is changed.

A strangely sort-of-comfy chapter. I can't really describe the feeling it gives me, but it's definitely different from anything else I've ever read or seen in any medium.

It's a rare meeting of two individuals who normally wouldn't normally interact in any way. Loners tend not to be readily apparent in any given group, so even if they're similar, they'd never know of each other's existence. There's definitely more of them but you'd never find them. Sort of like lurkers who never post.

It feels so good to see Tomoko’s sweet side. After all the assholery she’s pulled, it’s nice to be reminded that she can actually be a sweet girl when the situation calls for it. And I can’t help but commend the author for all the growth she’s had since the beginning. Able to actively participate in a conversation, not spiteful to those who aren’t loners, a little more self aware, and so-on. This chapter was so rewarding.
