@LaughingManCZ because at the very least it's kind of embarrassing to have your measurements discussed about behind your back between your crush and your "rival." Also, as a manga character with small breasts she's got about a 95% chance of having a complex about them, and is perhaps too fixated on that to think about the bit where her supposed rival isn't exactly packing some dobonhonkeros.
