This is serialized in Young Champion Retsu (ヤングチャンピオン烈), which comes out monthly.
Which means 100 questions, if going at one question per chapter, is a little over ~8 YEARS (96 months) in real life.
There's no way this gets dragged out for that long in real life, so I imagine several chapters will have FMC fire off half a dozen questions in rapid succession.
