Watermarks

Are water marks allowed if they are in the blank spaces (white spaces) and are small? not on characters or text bubbles

Examples
Cover/End pages (like any release by LHTranslation for instance) Allowed.
Marking the whitespace/corner of a page with a small (used a random generator for this symbol. dont laugh) "This symbol puts you in mind of a hourglass combined with a shark and a horseshoe. It looks a bit scribbly." Allowed.
Taking any random page and putting a 25% transparency gigantic dildo that covers the entire page? Not allowed.
Taking all the pages and putting "YOUR TEXT/WEBSITEGOESHERE GIVE ME MONEY" in 25% transparency at a diaganol across the page? Not Allowed.
Taking all the pages and putting a 25% transparency pink gigantic dildo? Allowed only on April Fools.
