I agree with @Gamer_rebecca especially on the topic of "the man who cleans up makeup" there's more than 100 chapters raw and at the rate its been translated so far (once a month) it will take 75 months until we're caught up with the korean version right now

@bakakyojn I hear there's a crackdown on Korean webtoon scanlations right now, so the group's probably just spacing out their releases as a precaution!
