So... why does the bride have elvish ears?

Edit: More questions:

Why would spending 5 1/2 million yen in a wedding be solved by gender-swapping the groom? How the fuck did that even address his concerns?

Did he want the bride to sympathize with the fact that he spent his life savings on the wedding, or was he complaining that if there was to be a surprise, he wouldn't pay for it?

After he was gender-swapped, why the hell was he so suddenly open to wear a wedding dress? Why is he so unconcerned with the fact that he was effectively un-dicked?

So, not only did his friend/wedding planner gender-swapped him, but planned to assault him on his wedding day, and left him permanently a woman... Who is this story for? Who are we even supposed to root for?

So, after she assaults him/her... him/her beams with a radiant smile and says "thank you" . This is fucking preposterous...

"The man I'm about to marry is not a man anymore... but love trumps everything!" I'm sure someone should have been even a bit concerned about what is just transpiring... Changing genders is not inconsequential!!! It was handled as if someone sneezed and was answered by "bless you!".

This is one of the most asinine oneshots I've ever read... It actively insults the reader's intelligence for reading it.
