But then I saw that Tatara's eye problem. Now I have to worry about another type of drama instead

More likely retinal detachment. I mean, if you think about it, he's been spinning around like crazy recently.
Fortunately, it's treatable but it does require you to recuperate for a while. So I wouldn't be surprised if he gets hospitalized right before a tournament and has to basically go off of instinct instead of vision.
