The romance is hinted at, but it's a slow burn.

Personally I don't like this series. For a manga that focuses on dance, the depictions of it are just a confusing whirlwind with a lot of motion lines. It's pretty poorly drawn. If you compare it to All-Rounder Meguru, the artist there takes pains to make each move very distinct and obvious.
