Most of them are . The ones that aren't, aren't directly involved with the kicking out, but the other members or subordinates decide on it instead.

Probably not surprised if the leader decided on that because he wanted to get the entire guild as his own harem, 'cause the meeting group looked like they were all afraid to speak up and female.

The dude actually has people that care about him, just not enough to talk against the guy they perceive as the tyrant-like leader who is probably trying to build a harem. Hopefully the slave isn't the main love interest.
