@Plussyfan0 definitely a "plussyfan".. he didn't. he knows his friend knows about his power, but he won't hold back against his friend. How can you call him a rival then decide to hold back, his friend might get offended. Just like how he let him 1v1 the Boss, meaning his friend is strong enough that he still one shot him. But it could be because the debuffs were still lingering after being cancelled, who knows.
