For me it's various functionality.
Most important the one that marks chapters that have been read.
On other websites I often had to re-read a few chapters to find where to continue.
This matters a lot for series that have irregular updates.

This is one of the few websites I use with regularly active recs where people don't just answer with the same 20 Flavors of the Month series everyone's already heard of. The individual series discussion isn't all that great, but at least it feels like people here actually read a lot of different manga, even if it's dime a dozen isekai/villainess. Good for finding new stuff, and I have fun repaying the favor.

I know I for one like to read your recs, @PantsMan .
The thing I like the most in here is also the recommendation threads, whether it be giving them out or reading them. This is the only site I use for stuff like this, even if other sites have similar functionalities (e.g. I'm pretty active on MAL, but I don't go to the recommendations board there).
