What a pity that it's so hard to translate "Honmei choco" naturally -- and I appreciate that the translator made a valiant effort.

"I don't want them unless they're your real feelings." might come closer to what's said in Japanese I guess, but the nuance of that being "real romantic feelings" is clear in Japanese.
