ahhh the opening premise is so stupid I'm struggling to force myself to keep reading. He gets locked in a dungeon for 18 years... and when he comes out he sees some random girl that he instantly recognizes as the girl from the game he was playing. The game he was playing eighteen years ago. I can barely remember the games I played last year but this guy can pull out stats and attack patterns from his eighteen year old memories?

More importantly though... you don't lock a person in a basement for eighteen years and have the same person come out eighteen years later. All isekai are like this (since for the first few years of a "new" life you would be immobile, trapped in a babies body in a state akin to solitary confinement) but this guy goes a step further and gets actually put in solitary confinement for eighteen goddamn years? And he walks out of it just fine? Not only fine - but horny? Not you know... damaged. Traumatized. Left hopeless by endless nights spent suffering alone in a prison cell for 18 years?? No? Still fine? Personality hasn't changed an iota? 18 years in prison is (pg. 19) "a great start to a journey"?

He probably would have ignored lakshal and immediately proceeded to torment the villagers, then butcher a few of the more disagreeable ones, while possibly eating some of them, then wearing their wet skin while singing and dancing around a bonfire made of clothing items. It is also entirely possible he would have chosen to just stay in his cell, comfortable with what's familiar.
