This is as generic of an Isekai as it gets. The only reason one would keep reading this is bcuz if the gender-bend gay but actually not gay gimmick.

This is basically how I feel about this manga and none of that is enough to pull me through. Probably dropping this one.

Like other people, I’m dropping this. Other than the genderbend twist and isekai aspect, the writing is actually kinda bland and awkward. The romance is weird because it was a super sudden change and they’re still in denial about it so its hella awkward. The comedy... is not really there in my opinion.
