"Completed" here on mangadex means that the series has finished in its original language, not the translations. The series ended almost 2 years ago with chapter 133. At the rate that it's currently being translated, it'll probably be at least a couple years before the English translations are finished. Unfortunately, with the most recent chapter, it does turn from a delightful childhood friends romance into the typical clichéd, drama-ridden story of the worst sort immediately after the main characters become a couple. Pity, as it was going along so well.
