Where to post text translations?

Is there any site that collects text translations for manga?

I don’t have the time or ability to coordinate with other people to get stuff scanlated, but I still want to translate stuff and let it be found by people who want to read it.

MangaHelpers is pretty dead. Is there a place all those users migrated to?

I have seen some people over at danbooru using overlays to translate some panels but not sure where else.

danbooru doesn't want you posting entire manga chapters.
