So confusing. First suddenly it's gonna end and the final chapter feels pretty rushed. Then surprise season 2 announcement at the end. I won't complain I guess (except I just kinda did).

The ending felt rushed, but I thought in the end it also felt pretty genuine. Nobody slipped out of character, and despite everything the status quo didn't change so much as to be unbelievable, and such a fumbling arse-backwards development seems entirely appropriate for the complete wackos that they are.

It still felt like it needed just one more chapter of lead-up for dramatic purposes, though.

And I think the lady's got the right idea--their relationship just wouldn't work at all if one of them actually caved and started acting how the other wanted.

So unlike some Manhwa, the main characters should still be these 2 for the next season I assume mmm...

Yeah, i don't know. I think the series will be overstaying it's welcome by the season two, not to mention it already killed it's initial premise (in somewhat rushed last chapter nonetheless). Boke - tsukkomi routine quickly tired me out (binging?), but some meta narrative jokes were nice ("everyone else is protagonist of their own series", "mob's mob") - unless author improves, introduces new characters or take some change in it's direction, there'll probably be a lot of disappointment .

That was a LOT of extras. Like few entire chapters worth of extras.

Indeed, basically a small volume's worth of extras. I'd once said it felt like it needed a little more padding at the end, but this went above and beyond in making up for that, I feel.

Not to say I wouldn't want to read more. I've come to absolutely love these crazy weirdos.
