Will These Words Reach You - Vol. 1 - Oneshot

@Stuvmnop81 You are not being misrepresented. The other girl is Spanish not Filipino. The only Filipino thing here is the setting, which is Cebu. Why should you be annoyed she's speaking her own language?

Lol I hope it's that easy to get a love life when you go to a vacation.
I like how they found love despite having difficulty in communication. They let their hearts speaks for their feelings. 💕
One of the one shots I'm more than willing to reread a hundred times.

Niiiiiiiice. 💓

Thank you soo much for the translations 💓

Yep, the spanish was really lacking (Thanks for the disclaimer btw) ... Especially for the confession.

Welcome to another episode of how a single letter changes the whole meaning of a confession if out of context!

Me gusta = I like it/him/her

Me gustas = I like YOU.

Well, at least I can tell author may have some kind of actual experience in the matter. Coming from someone working on the tourist industry, it just hits a little too close to home. At least this story has a happy ending. The one I saw develop in front of my eyes ended really abruptly.

Shit, I hope they are okay.

there are some kind of messed up in the spanish language but yeah..
dont expect too much from people who just met on vacation setting to be detailed and typical love story so i feel this is somehow realistic..i dont expect their feelings to be serious or whatever but the follow up seems to tell us it is..xD

I'm kinda confused why the Spanish girl came here to study english. I do know Koreans and African nationals (I sadly forgotten to ask their nationality but I do hear the ones I have class with are Nigerians) come here to study but a Spanish person.... I'm pretty sure I haven't encountered one. Maybe she's from South America but I'm pretty sure traveling here is going to be expensive even thou studying here is cheaper compared to other countries.

@Raknasuu What you said about a single letter changing the meaning isn't entirely right.

I like you can be translated as "(Tú) me gustas" or "(Usted) me gusta", the only difference being that one is more casual while the other is more formal/respectful.

That being said I do agree that the spanish was lacking a lot. Hell, I think some of the spanish dialogue isn't even spanish (I'm pretty sure I saw some portuguese thrown in there)

It's more fun in the Philippines xD...

also, pretty weird for a spanish person to study english here. All i see here are koreans, chinese, africans, and our other asean neighbors.

wow! such a plot...

that was beautiful...

i loved it...

oh, how i wish this wasn't a One-Shot...
