I just want to say that it's awfully suspicious that the boy in the shop not only know exactly why Coco's suddenly running, but also the exact appearance of the man that Coco's chasing.
I mean, Titea and Riche that immediately start chasing after Coco doesn't even know why she suddenly breaks into a run, but the boy sitting there doing his own thing somehow knows exactly that the man is wearing a mask like a big eye.

Hella suspicious.

What makes me wonder is why they don't use compasses and other tools to draw circles? Hell, they could make templates for most common spells.

@Tikibo They probably want their students to learn how to do it properly freehand instead of relying on additional tools they might not always have access to when they need to draw a circle. Think of it like math classes. Sure, you could use a calculator but if you don't practice the basics without one, you'll end up always needing the calculator.
