Yeah, I went back and read the comments on ch. 17 and that makes a lot more sense than just being invisible

I don't care if they're invisible and only wearing a cloak and hat like some sort of pervert, or if they ARE the cloak and hat. They were probably hanging out somewhere Coco could see them on purpose, like how the previous guy lured her into the labyrinth with the dragon in it.

maybe he won't become invisible with the cloak/hat?

but then again, for others, it may just be pieces of cloth being dragged by the seaside wind so it's pretty unnoticeable when not stationary.
