(Technically it says "thank you for everything in 2019", but that's a pretty standard stock greeting that we don't have here, so I replaced it with an equivalent.)

The rest I can't really understand. There's another single new year's illustration and an ad for volume five, which pretty much just has them talking about how now you can get it digitally too and both are good. (Kyuu-chan has his volume upside down in the last panel where they're reading together, which is kinda cute.)
